Cloud computing is making business applications more mobile, more collaborative, more personalized as well as more time- and cost-saving. Cloud Computing consists of Infrastructure, Platforms and Software as a Service enabling a very flexible and on demand usage of processing power, applications and data. The facilitating technologies as well as vibrant cloud awareness are out there. With the triumphal march of smartphones and tablets the potential of the cloud is gaining even more momentum. Key will be to develop business models that offer IT-users as well as IT-suppliers intelligent services. The Forum will, therefore, cover a wide range of potential cloud applications and services – from Security and Business Solutions to Web Apps and Social Media.
